THE TEST CENTER REQUIRES

• Candidate must complete the health declaration before entering the building.
• Candidate to be vaccinated at least 1 time. They must show their vaccine certificate when show up.
• Candidate must wear mask at all time during their exam session.

When registing at Thaison, candidates must provides:

• Full name, address, contact numbers
• Email
• Exam code, exam name
• Registered date and time
• Personal ID, Passport, other personal ID with photo such as driving license, student's ID …
